Welcome to BiteSaver. By using the BiteSaver mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
BiteSaver is a food inventory and waste management app developed by Centurian Solutions LLP. The App helps you track grocery items, monitor expiry dates, manage shopping lists, and log food waste to reduce household waste.
To use BiteSaver, you must create an account using one of the following methods: email and password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
Product information retrieved via barcode scanning (from Open Food Facts) is provided as-is. BiteSaver does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of product data, including but not limited to product names, categories, or suggested shelf life. Always check product labels for accurate information.
BiteSaver may send you push notifications about expiring food items. These notifications are informational only and should not be relied upon as the sole indicator of food safety. Always use your own judgment and check food items directly before consumption.
BiteSaver is a tracking tool, not a food safety authority. Expiry dates and notifications provided by the App are based on user-entered data and general estimates. We do not guarantee the safety of any food item. Always follow manufacturer guidelines, check for signs of spoilage, and consult food safety resources when in doubt.
BiteSaver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centurian Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of BiteSaver at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using BiteSaver at any time by deleting the App and contacting us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
